Fees:
Typically architecture fees are 13-25% of total project costs depending on complexity and customization.

Phase II: Build
Our build process ensuring that we get you access to your solution as quickly as possible even before the whole solution is complete. We measure success by defined measures & KPIs that we agree to in the Design & Architecture phase.
Key deliverables include:
- Impeccable Project Management with written weekly progress reports based upon the detailed project plan.
- Show you how to use your solution features as soon as features become ready
- Begin using your solution as soon as possible.
Fees:Typically we have a fixed-fee, milestone-based contract billed monthly.

Phase III: Turnover
Your technology platform is not worth the investment unless you know how to leverage what we’ve done for you. We start this early in the process and ensure that you have everything you need to use, maintain, and achieve success with your solution.
Key deliverables include:
- Technical Documentation for IT Administrators or Managers (including logins, key contacts, and runbooks).
- Training for your people on how to use the technology appropriately.
- Option to create comprehensive training program including detailed videos.
- Comprehensive technical architecture and engineering documentation.
Fees:Turn over is included in the total contract price for each phase. Upon final turn over, the complete contract value becomes due.
